I needed a new coffee table for my Mom's new condo. I wanted something round, but not too large and something that was a double tier. I wasn't sure I wanted glass/metal or wood. After looking at this one, I decided on a more contemporary style. tempered glass, fairly easy to assemble, adjustable feet, sits on bare floor or carpet nicely. The powder coated finish is quite good. Tip: when assembling leave everything a bit less than 'wrench tight" (which is included) at each stage - I had to adjust the tubular legs a bit for the top tier - no biggie - then I tightened everything up. Tip: be sure to use the provided glass protectors between the metal frame and glass for added cushioning and glass edge protection. The finish is 'darker' but not black. Great price. Quick ship.
