One little imperfection on the side top of the table I am not too happy with but sturdy coffee table.RecommendedI love mission-style furniture and this piece and matching side-tables by the same manufacturer looks beautiful in my livingroom. They are exactly what I had hoped for.My main reason for writing this review, however, is to complement the amazing customer service. The coffee table went missing. My stuff occasionally goes to neighbors who are good enough to let me know or bring me things when they go missing. This time, however, the package was 40+ lbs and I had no clue which neighbor got it. This business went out of their way to let me know that the neighbor had contacted them and I was able to find the package and bring it home. They didn't have to be so kind or helpful, especially when the delivery mistake was not their fault, but they did.I like the appearance of the table and the ease of putting it together. It wasn’t too expensive and works in well in my office. Unfortunately it scratches very easily if it is touched by the wrong material.I make fine furniture. But like the shoemakers kids, they had holes in their shoes. My wife has been pestering me for a coffee table but I have just been too busy to make it. Truth be told, this is so well made that after figuring the cost of the material, hardware and time it was not worth my time to make one. Don't waste you time at your local stationary store, they have nothing that comes close to this quality. It will last for years with normal use and care. Nicely done Atlantic, you are hard to beat at this price point... jhas blemishes. will not buy again.It was a little hard to put together because of the funky way the pieces are joined. It took 2 persons to assemble. I almost broke off one set of pegs when it tried to collapse on me. Installing those screws at an odd angle into legs with no pre-drilled holes was hard to align everything. Once done, you can't go back and adjust it.Once assembled, it is a nice-looking table. I like the mission style: clean and simple. It is a very heavy table.The unit was easy to construct for a guy who prefers not to read directions. The parts are well made with the one exception I describe below. It's been set up for over a month, and works well, looks nice and seems like it will take some abuse.The unit arrived with a top that was less than acceptable. It had finish issues, and the edges were somewhat uneven. The company was super fast about replacing the top at no cost though, and the new top is perfect.
